Basically, this is Chevron Lace Wrap pattern turned into a Table Runner. And I must say, it fits pretty well for one.
I choose the below 100% acrylic yarn for my work.
- DMC® Knitty 4 Extra Value Yarn, 50 gr. (679) – 3 skeins.
- DMC® Knitty 4 Extra Value Yarn, 50 gr. (634) – 1 skein.
This pattern is an easy-two-line repeat, and you can find the free pattern here. I also added tassels at the four corners so that it gives a finishing touch.
I originally decided to crochet this for my coffee table, but it was not looking good there, so I used it for my shoe rack/storage unit instead. You can find the table top I made for my coffee table here (which I am not so happy about).
