I was not so happy with my Crochet Table Top/Runner I crocheted a month back, so I decided to make another one for my coffee table, The Crazy Shell Table Runner.

Yarns I used are as follows; which is 78% cotton and 22% acrylic.
- SCHEEPJES STONE WASHED YARN – BLACK ONYX (803)
- SCHEEPJES STONE WASHED YARN – GARNET (810)
- SCHEEPJES STONE WASHED YARN – OBSIDIAN (829)
- SCHEEPJES STONE WASHED YARN – AXINITE (831)

Length: 36 inches ; Breadth: 12 inches
PATTERN LINK
Hook size: 3.5mm
Foundation Chain : 81 (multiples of 4 plus 1)
97 rows of crazy shell stitch.
I found this stitch in Annie Design Crochet‘s official website. You can find the pattern here.
The color change I used are as follows.
| ROW | COLOR |
| 1-10 | Garnet |
| 11-16 | Axinite |
| 17-18 | Black Onyx |
| 19-24 | Axinite |
| 25-34 | Garnet |
| 35-40 | Obsidian |
| 41-48 | Black Onyx |
| 49-50 | Axinite |
| 51-58 | Black Onyx |
| 59-63 | Obsidian |
| 64-73 | Garnet |
| 74-79 | Axinite |
| 80-81 | Black Onyx |
| 82-87 | Axinite |
| 88-97 | Garnet |

Many frogging and re-frogging took place as I was using yarns from my stash, and refraining myself from buying new ones.
If you want a longer and wider table runner, you can add more chains to the foundation chain, and add more rows.

The center piece (jute bowl) is from Saragaalaya, Arts and Crafts Village, Kerala, the potpourri and coffee table from Ikea, UAE.

Hope you liked my table runner. If you are planning to crochet this, do tag me in social medias with #crazyshelltablerunner.
Happy Crocheting!

Very pretty – I love your colour combo!
